Return Request

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.

Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or experience processing delays, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible under our standard return policy.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return:

- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned with the same packaging in which it was received, including any tester box, cap, or accessories originally supplied.

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for items that do not meet these conditions, subject to applicable law.

Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue when applicable.

After reviewing the request, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds include the eligible merchandise amount and any applicable taxes.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns, except where required by law or when the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Customers are responsible for return packages until they are delivered to the designated return address, except where otherwise required by law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the refund appears in your account.
