Return Request (Required Step)
You must contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at:

You must:
- Describe the issue with your item or order
- Request return authorization

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

- Refund covers only the product price
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refund is issued to the original payment method

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- These costs are non-refundable
- If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

Processing
After inspection, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Return Address
The return address will be provided only after your request has been approved.
